HOORAY!!!

I am so flipping excited! I just found out today that I will be done with school after taking 2 classes this summer! But I can't say anything to my friends yet because it involves me switching my major, and I don't want the music faculty to not let me do my recital. I cannot express how happy I am about this. I am so ready to be done with this town and done with school! And now it will be way sooner than I thought. It feels so good, but at the same time it is a little bittersweet. Bryce still has a year left here, so I don't really know what I'm going to do until he is done. My mom wants me to move back home, but I really really don't want to do that. I can hardly last 8 days at home, I don't think I could handle a year. Of course they won't be able to understand that. I guess I'll burn that bridge when we get there. Maybe something will drastically change before I have to decide where I am heading after Pullman. We shall see! For now, I really should go to bed. I do still have to finish the semester! Haha.

Still in Pain

So this is starting week 3 of my wrist hurting. I am really, really, really sick of this. I got x-rays on Thursday and then didn't hear anything on Friday so I called them to ask how long it usually takes. The nurse of the doctor I saw said that they had to send them out to have a specialist take a look. So she said that they would get the x-rays and report back today, but that the doctor I saw would be out of the office until tomorrow. Ugh. At least something is being done about it though instead of Health and Wellness telling me "oh you're fine, take some ibuprofen" another 800 times until I can't move my hand at all.
In other news, I'm going to Walla Walla this weekend for NATS. I am in charge of getting rooms for everyone at the hotel, and people still haven't told me if they are going. I got two rooms with two queens each so if there are more people than that, they can figure it out on their own because they did not get back to me when they were suppose to so forget them. *sigh* Darn people who don't do what they are suppose to.
Time to get ready for bed.

Ugh...

So yesterday I went to a different doctor to see about my wrist since the only thing health and wellness on campus (also called student death) said was "Take some Tylenol and you'll be fine in a few days." Yea, a week later, not so much fine. In fact, worse. So yesterday after classes I drove over to the actual hospital walk-in clinic and saw someone there. He thinks that I may have a degenerative joint. This is basically the same thing as osteoarthritis. The definition given by WebMD is "It is associated with a breakdown of cartilage in joints and can occur in almost any joint in the body." So that like totally sucks. I'm almost hoping that I somehow fractured something in it instead.
So today I went back and took x-rays and I still have not heard back from the doctor. That was at about eleven this morning and it is now nearly four. Hopefully I will hear from them soon, especially because I am going to be on the other side of the state this weekend. This could be an interesting adventure when it is all said and done.
Here's hoping that I hear something soon and that it can be made better.

Tuesday

So I recently set up a blog for one of my tech classes and decided that I should start one for myself. So here I am on a Tuesday morning before I have to go to convocation. Just another busy Tuesday that has been made even busier by the fact that I have to do Trick or Soup tonight with Mu Phi. That means driving around to people's houses and picking up bags of food to take to the food bank. Not only that, but we get to be in costume. What my costume is I do not know yet, and I have about 45 minutes to figure that out today between my voice lesson and studio class. Hooray for Tuesdays and the 7.5 hours of class they bring with them!
